CLASSIFICATION:x Review the project planning and scheduling for projects during the construction phase andidentify any construction slippage, and assist in optimizing the contractors? resources tomeet the allocated project milestones and report any deficiencies to Senior ConstructionSupervisor / relevant Senior Project Engineer. Review contractors? construction plans andschedules including method statements and JSAs.x Review the project planning and scheduling for projects during the construction phase,identify any construction slippage, and assist in optimizing the contractors? resources.x Review construction method statements, pre-commissioning and commissioningprocedures and endorse red-marked as-built drawings and construction dossiers.x Assist in contractors? mobilization and demobilization.x Ensure that cleint safety regulation for contractors, project safety plans and client/State of environmental regulations are understood and followed by the contractors.x Control and endorse work permits for project work.x Inspect construction works and materials in accordance with project quality plans andinspection & test plans (ITPs).x Co-ordinate with concerned parties to resolve routine site issues and refer technicalqueries to senior construction supervisor.x Update daily and weekly construction progress reports for assigned projects and verifycontractors? progress statements for accuracy.x Attend weekly progress meetings for assigned projects.x Prepare and categorize punch list and ensure that all punch list items are cleared by thecontractors.x Co-ordinate pre-commissioning activities and assist during commissioning of facilities.x Initiate Mechanical Completion Certificates (MCC), Handover Certificate (HOC),Acceptance Certificate (AC), and facilitate the issuance of Project Completion & DischargeCertificates.x Assist in the development of Engineers.x Inspect construction works and materials in accordance with project quality plans andinspection & test plans (ITPs).x Co-ordinate with concerned parties to resolve routine site issues and refer technicalqueries to senior construction supervisor and project engineer.x Update daily and weekly construction progress reports for assigned projects and verify
