Experience in all aspects of building and infrastructure/roadworks construction, in addition to general construction practices. Knowledgeable of National Building and Fire Codes Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer service skills Experience in quality control of all aspects of buildings and infrastructure worksExperience in reading, interpreting, and deciphering all construction documents (schedules, specifications, blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and related documents). Able to analyze procedures to identify deficiencies, review time/cost estimates, monitor project phasing and ensure adherence to approved safety standards, observeExperience in inspecting ongoing construction work, overseeing construction record keeping activities. Able to recommend change orders, review proposed change orders submitted by construction contractors,Prepare executive reports relating to various aspects of the works being managed or supervised.
