Construction ManagerJob Location : Qatar:?Plan and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.?Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers and other construction workers.?Ensure compliance with building codes, security regulations and quality standards.?Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.?Manage project budgets, including reviewing and approving project expenses.?Collaborate with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are achieved.?Prepare and provide progress reports and updates to clients and stakeholders.?Resolve any problems or conflicts that arise during construction, and find solutions that meet the goals and objectives of the project.?Monitor and enforce safety protocols on site, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.?Stay up to date on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to improve operations and results in the construction industry.
