Job SummarySafely accomplish project objectives through planning and scheduling, resource allocation and management, cost control, technical direction, compliance with quality standards and procedures. Ensure the full responsibility of Construction Management areas: Human Resource Management, Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management, Subcontract management, Material Procurement and Management of all Projects? System Assembly.?Job Responsibilities Principal Accountabilities

  • Coordinates and controls all project site activities, maximize the utilization of the organization resources while maintaining high levels of quality, achieving programs target and provides a safe working environment.
  • Prepares, supervises and approves the development of PEP from a construction point of view and its implementation and ensures Lessons Learned are properly documented throughout the life of the project including Project Close-out.
?Job Responsibilities Essential Function1. Cost Control?:?Collecting, analyzing, summarizing and evaluating various alternative courses of action to advise the management on the most appropriate course of action based on the cost efficiency and capability.2.Purchasing?:?Acquiring goods or services to accomplish the goals of the company to maintain the quality and value of the companys products, minimize cash tied- up in inventory, maintain the flow of outputs.3. Accounting & Finance?:Dealing with allocation of assets and liabilities over time under conditions of certainty and uncertainty.4.Risk Management?:Identification, analysis, assessment, control and avoidance, minimization, or elimination of unacceptable risks.5.Human Resources: Excellent knowledge of HR processes and procedures, including planning personnel need, organizational chart, evaluation performance, resolving disputes, and communicating with all employees at all levels.Job Knowledge & Skills
  • Extensive knowledge of civil construction practices, processes and protocols.
  • Knowledge in computers and leading edge building management tools.
  • Knowledge and expertise in construction industry and budgeting preferred.
  • Knowledge of organizational and management practices related to the analysis and evaluation of construction projects, project programs, policies, and operational need
  • Clears understanding of Quality, OH&S and Environmental management systems
  • Knowledge of Financial, Cost Accounting, Contracts Administration and Risk Management
  • Knowledge in MS Office/MS Project /Primavera, etc
