Job SpecificationLeads themonitoring and oversight of the EPC-2 Marine Contractor Team field planning,coordination and execution activities within designated area of responsibilityacross all disciplines during nightshift.Appraises theperformance of the EPC-2 Marine Contractor Team in safety, quality, cost (asapplicable) and schedule.Evaluates fieldchange proposals by the EPC-2 Marine Contractor Team to manage the NFE OnshoreProject?s management of change process.Prepares andprovides routine verbal and written progress reports to the NFE Onshore ProjectHead of Marine Construction.Ensures thatthe EPC-2 Marine Contractor Team develops, implements and sustains its Safetyand Quality program at site.Assist theEPC-2 Contractor in the coordination of activities between subcontractors and SIMOPSwith the operating facilities. Key Job Accountabilities

• Providessafety leadership by example to the NFE Onshore Project Team and the EPC-2 MarineContractor Team, its sub-contractors and site vendors
• As delegated bythe Construction Head Marine, the incumbent is responsible for theimplementation of the NFE Onshore Project Site Safety program which includesthe SHES Activity Schedule.
• Responsiblefor ensuring the EPC-2 Marine Contractor Team implements and sustains itsobligations and responsibilities for SHES project deliverables
• NFEOnshore Project EPC-2 Team Construction representative for monitoring andcoordinating site activities of the EPC-2 Marine Contractor Team and itssubcontractor(s) in their area of responsibility.
• Reportson the construction activities, progress, areas of concern and mitigatingactions. Leads appropriate weekly construction discipline review meetings.
• Preparesfor and participates in weekly construction review meetings.
• Responsiblefor implementation of execution activities and ensures development, review andapproval (as required) of appropriate plans, procedures, and programs for safeand effective execution. This includes authorization of RLIC permits.
• Providesaccurate, timely and routine reports to the Head Marine Construction on projectplanning and execution activities
• Reviewsand approves the EPC-2 Marine Contractor Team construction sequence plans, workplans, pre-task planning and method statements to ensure comprehensive safetyand feasibility in their area of responsibility.
• Leadsincident investigations with support from the SHES organization.
• EnsuresMarine Contractor Team construction activities are completed in accordance withNFE Onshore Project procedures, regulations, specifications, standards, andpermit to work procedures as applicable, including relevant RLIC procedures.
• Participatesin the review of subcontracts and ensures that adequate control and changes inwork procedures are established.
• Reviewsand approves construction field changes and extra work requests as delegated bythe Head Marine Construction.
• Supervisesand manages NFE Onshore Project Team direct report project personnel.
• AssistsNFE Onshore Project Construction Head Marine Works in executing hisresponsibilities and acts in his behalf during his absence.
• Demonstratesability to plan and schedule work (short term and long term) and ensuresexecution of work plan by subordinates (as applicable).
• Monitorsand ensures the correction of non-conformance report items and other issuessupporting QA/QC compliance.
• Monitors sitematerial handling, prefabrication and warehousing procedures with respect to theirarea to facilitate construction progress.

• Bacheloror Associates degree in Engineering or Science
• Recognizeddegree in engineering or construction management, and or prior work experienceleading to a thorough understanding of the knowledge described above.
• Minimumfifteen (15) years? experience and ten (10) years? experience in project marineworks execution
• Experiencein major Construction Projects (including brown-field work) with total capitalexpenditure >USD$1B
