Job Description

JobSpecificationThe position is responsible and accountable forall civil and structural construction activities pertaining to the scope ofEPC-1 Process Facility activities at RLIC Site through hand-over to theCommissioning and Completion Teams in accordance with the Completion Sequence.The position reports to the EPC-1 ConstructionSuperintendent-Process and will have full delegation to undertake all works,activities and coordination pertaining to Civil and Structural construction.The position shall interact daily with itscounterpart at EPC-1 Contractor.The position includes the review and comment of ProcessFacility civil and structural construction related deliverables submitted bythe EPC-1 Contractor.Key JobAccountabilities

  • Safe and timely execution of EPC-1 Process Facilitycivil and structural construction activities
  • Responsible and accountable to review ConstructionExecution and related procedures, specifications and deliverables prepared bythe EPC-1 Contractor.
  • Leadership and ?work as a team? behaviour andattitude towards EPC-1 Contractor as well as its Subcontractors to achieveProject objectives.
  • Timely review of technical documentation, ensuringit meets the NFE Onshore Project and relevant regulatory requirements includingmethod statements & JSA?s
  • Lead by example
  • Works in a large fully integrated but complexProject environment in which the incumbent strives to achieve best in classSafety, Health, Environmental & Security performances by creating a culturethat encourages everyone to perform their best every day on every task.
  • Working in a highly visible Project environmentwith large capital exposure for EPC-1 Contractor, its Vendors andSubcontractors.
  • Working effectively within established proceduresand participates in all important meetings and workshops (e.g. weekly andmonthly meetings, 3D Model reviews, Constructability, Construction andCompletion Sequence Reviews).
  • Works in a dynamic multiple locations teamenvironment that has high expectations for flawless Project Execution insafety, quality, cost and schedule performances, which requires the incumbentto demonstrate capacity to take workload, work with accuracy, take initiatives,be inventive and have the ability to multi-task as essential skills.
  • Demonstrates willingness to tackle a variety oftasks in response to evolving Project needs.
  • Hands-on approach towards the works andactivities.
MinimumRequirements
  • Minimum fifteen (15) years in Project Execution,with a strong background in fabrication, construction and management of largegreen field construction activities.
  • Proven experience with Advanced Work Packaging(AWP) methodology
  • Experience with multi-cultural type Projects.
  • Experience with LNG Projects
  • Technical background as a discipline engineer,Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Construction Superintendent or Construction Leadwith solid Project Execution experience.
