Develop creative ideas for existing programs, including ideas for activating commercial assets to maximize revenue generation andÿcustomer satisfaction
Work with development managers on creating concept designs for future projects and investments
Work closely with design consultants and engineering teams to update/improve concept designs for existing programs and develop new ones for futureÿdevelopments
Roles &ÿresponsibilities
Develop and manage concept design for our clientsÿself-developed projects
Work closely with development managers to make changes to approvedÿconcept design based on market intelligence
Ensure that concept designs are aligned with our clients strategic goals andÿmaximize revenue-generation potential for developed assets
Develop creative ideas for the activation of commercialÿassets
Liaise with Asset Management and Sales, Leasing, and Marketing to identifyÿoptimal asset and tenant mix and reflect them in the concept design
Conduct infrastructure assessment and coordinate with relevantÿorganizations to obtain required permits and approvals for access to basicÿinfrastructure (water, electricity, etc.) prior to land acquisition
Appraise RFP documents and construction methods and approve designÿsubmittals
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine andÿmanage priorities with minimal guidance
