Nair Systems is currently looking Compliance/AML IT SME for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.Minimum Qualifications? Minimum Bachelor?s degree preferred in IT from accredited university? Minimum 5 years of hands-on technical experience for analyzing electronictransactional data with a strong working knowledge of a relevant AML, KYC, EDD,CDD and Analytics software? Preferred Banking / Financial sector/area experience and analytical skills includingCentral Banking regulatory knowledge related to AML/CFT.engagement management? Strong oracle SQL and PL/SQL knowledge? Hands on implementation and support experience related to WLM /AML/KYC/CDD Analytics and compliance systems? Preferred Application server knowledge of WAS, MQ, JBoss etc.? Multiple application interfacing/integration experience by using differentmiddleware tools like: MQ, TIBCO etc.? Capable of balancing multiple projects activities with strong ability to properlydelegate and meet deadlines? Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsIn addition to the above qualifications,? Having technical experience in Netreveal system? 10 years of hands-on technical experience for analyzing electronic transactionaldata with a strong working knowledge of a relevant AML, KYC, EDD, CDD andAnalytics software? Implementation & support experience related to one or more of thefollowing: AML, Transaction monitoring system implementation, development ofcustomer risk rating models, customer segmentation, threshold tuning, and dataquality assessments.? Experience working with any of the AML technology platforms preferred NetrevealsystemBanking / Transactional Banking etc.?
