Job Description

  • Experience in conducting Job Evaluation ( Prefer with ` Methodology ` - tool, if not with any other tools ÿ)
  • Knowledge in Market pricing, compensation survey etc
  • Thorough knowledge in designing , which includes scope for review, updating, and the records etc. ÿ
  • Knowledge of Performance Management
  • Preferably with SAP exposure and advance level in Excel
  • One month or less notice period
