Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our Pastry and Bakery team. As a Commis Chef, you will assist in the preparation and creation of a wide range of pastries, bread, and desserts. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow in a professional kitchen environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries, bread, and desserts according to recipes and specifications.
  • Ensure all ingredients are accurately measured and prepared.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Help with inventory management, including checking stock levels and reporting shortages.
  • Support the Pastry Chef/Head Baker with daily tasks and special projects.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop skills and knowledge.
