Job Description

This role is accountable for coordinating Enterprise Customer delivery process of Large ICT projects. The role will have end-to-end responsibility of Enterprise Customers solutions delivery and their associated Timelines, Milestones, KPIs, and SLAs. This role will act as the SPOC between Enterprise Customers and the various VF teams during the ?Build? phase (from contract signature to customer acceptance).Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage all stages of the project cycle for Enterprise ICT Customers within agreed time, quality and budget plan
  • Quality acceptance by customer of all deliverables up to and including ?first bill check.
  • Manage the identification and mitigation of risks, issues and dependencies for each project and ensure delivery
  • Lead and manage escalations/critical tasks,ÿ and ensure delivery as per the requirements
  • Maintain and update a database of project related documents.
