We are currently recruiting for a?Commercial/Contracts Manager?for our infrastructure project in DohaYou will lead external and internal, coordination pertinent to claims, dispute resolution etc. Review, comment and recommend acceptance to the Engineer on contractors and consultant submissions. Has to demonstrate skills to implement methods for dispute avoidance and resolution study.Performance of other duties related to claims, QS and legal works as instructed by the Engineer. Must be fluent in both written and spoken English with an excellent capability in technical and commercial skills as well as oral and written communication skills; Computer skills are mandatory; Experience working in Gulf region is preferred.
