Job Purpose: This position is a unique opportunity to establishes effective implementation of the Project Management Systems (QGPMS) through the Project Quality Plan and Quality Processes. Your main duties will be to:- Develops, Implements and Reports Construction Phase Coating Surveillance Program. Advises on the Implementation of the Quality Management System and assists in providing quality planning input for the PMT on Coating issues. Coordinates subordinate Client Coating QC Team in daily planning and execution of their Quality Function and Duties including Verification of all Coating Inspections and Tests (ie Via ITP?s). Conducts reviews and stewards Quality Deviations to Coating specifications, equipment and approved plans/procedures ensuring they are subject to appropriate review and approval by QG SME. Provide guidance to the Contractor to promote compliance; verify compliance with the Contract and fitness for purpose of the delivered Coating processes and systems for Jackets. Actively participates in Project Lessons Learned Process, facilitating capturing and closure. ProfileIdeally you will have graduated in BS of Engineering with minimum experience of 10 years? experience in the development and delivery Coating Prequalification Programs, Coating Quality Surveillance Programs, Coating Testing Programs covering Coating Specifications, Procedures, Materials, Applicators, Abrasives, Coating Equipment, Application, Testing and Acceptance. You are fluent in English both verbal and written communication.
