Review coating procedures and specifications to align with industry standards and project requirements. Assure test and inspection requirements for protective coatings are compliant to code, scope of work andcustomer specifications. Monitor/witness paint systems pre-qualifications. Conduct inspections of coating application processes to ensure compliance with project specifications. Perform visual and physical inspections of coated surfaces to identify defects and meet quality standards. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of coating activities. Collaborate with project teams to address any coating-related issues and provide recommendations for improvement. Monitor and evaluate the performance of coating materials and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Conduct tests and measurements to verify coating thickness, adhesion, and other key properties. Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from project specifications.
