The Coach will be responsible for overseeing training programs, developing training plans, and providing guidance and support to athletes. They will also analyze performance data, provide feedback to athletes, and collaborate with other coaches to develop strategies for improvement.Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a swimming coach or related role
  • A deep understanding of swimming techniques, training methods, and competition strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire athletes
  • Certification in swimming coaching or relevant qualifications
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and first aid
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Passion for swimming and commitment to the development of athletes
  • ILS
