Job Description

OVERVIEW:To provide leadership and senior architectural advisory for the QF cloud stack. This will often include planning, resource allocation, and oversight of multiple projects, processes, and deliverables. The Cloud Enterprise Architect is tasked with the development and design of robust, scalable, secure cloud-based platforms. The senior subject matter expert for implementing and overseeing the cloud compute strategy of QF.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leverage on Cloud environment and service-oriented architecture principles to define and own Solution Architecture applications and data technologies
  • Analysis and creation of technical artifacts for AS-IS cloud, virtualization of the infrastructure in CLIENT enterprise datacenters, including OS, applications, servers, storage and backup
  • Provide technical management?in enterprise class hosting, storage and backup infrastructure.
  • Analyze technical requirements and blueprints to determine infrastructure designs, potential issues and related costs.
  • Manage and track the department initiatives and build the high-level propositions accordingly
  • Formulate business cases, SoW, provide input to the IT strategy and annual budgeting.
  • Create and update architectural artifacts and models, platforms and designs.
  • Review and select solutions for the enterprise technology landscape.
  • Align all activities and deliverables to the enterprise architecture framework.
  • Responsible for the enhancement of Microsoft technology stack but not limited to Azure, AD DS, Azure AD, and Exchange.
  • Assist?to?establish?a?customer?experience?strategy?with?cooperation?from the cloud and data center provider - organization and management teams.
  • Collaborate with data center/cloud providers and their resources, leveraging a solid understanding of troubleshooting techniques.
  • A high level of professionalism, communication, coordination and exemplary customer service principles are essential for this position.
  • Provide?technical?thought?leadership?to?innovate?and?build?differentiating?assets?in migration and modernization of platforms.
