Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling Technical Office, Building Construction and Fit-Out work activities, project coordination, quantity take-off, shop drawing reviews, material submittals, planning support, and coordination with site and consultant teams for building construction and fit-out projects.Experience for Technical Office, Building Construction and Fit-Out work IS A MUST FOR THIS ROLE.Preparation and review of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentsQuantity take-off and estimation for civil and fit-out workCoordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teamsMonitoring project progress and supporting planning activitiesEnsuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standardsAssisting in project documentation, reports, variations, and as-built drawingsTechnical coordination for villa construction and fit-out activitiesDesired Candidate ProfileBachelor?s degree in civil engineeringMinimum 15 years of proven experience in building construction and technical office operations, including fit-out projects (especially luxury villa projects)Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentationExperience in quantity surveying, estimation, and technical coordinationProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera and related engineering softwareValid Qatar Driving License is an advantageUPDA/MMUP certificationStrong communication, coordination, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and meet project deadlines efficiently
