Job Summary:As a Chiller Plant Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of chiller plants to ensure the efficient cooling of buildings and facilities.Job Responsibility:- Operate and maintain chiller plants to ensure proper cooling of facilities.- Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of chiller plant equipment.- Monitor and adjust temperature controls, water levels, and pressure settings.- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, changing filters, and lubricating parts.- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components of chiller systems.- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.Candidate Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or vocational training is a plus.- Proven experience as a Chiller Plant Technician or in a similar role.- Solid understanding of chiller plant operations, maintenance, and repair techniques.- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Excellent attention to detail and safety protocols.- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.- Good communication and teamwork skills.
