Service
Receive Customer payment by cash, cheque, credit cards, debit cards and LPO.
Issue payment invoice / receipt to the customers.
Issue Gate Pass after the receipt of the proper payment.
Receive Advance payment and issue receipt vouchers.
Keep accuracy in all monetary transactions and count and ensure the balance payments are correct.
Coordinate with Bank in case a issue arise in the case of Credit/Debit Card Transactions.
Pay the refund and credit notes.

Monetary Services
Pay the internal bills for local purchases and services from petty cash.
Maintain the petty cash fund.
Input the internal purchase bills into Kerridge system and prepare expenditure report periodically for reimbursing petty cash fund.
Pay the miscellaneous expenditure required for After Sales operations.
Pay customs duty bill for courier shipments.
Delivery
Greet the customer and provide the general information as and when required.
Calculate the total payment received and reconcile with the total sales on daily basis.
Deliver the cash payments to accounts department on daily basis.
Prepare credit invoices as per the LPO received and distribute to the credit customers.

Activities
Follow the safety standard of the company.
Maintain clean and orderly check out area.
Handle the customers concerns within the bounds of the authority.
Ensure that the Repair Orders are timely closed with proper documentations.
Keep record of open Repair Order and follow up with Service Advisor for timely closing.
Generate Sales Reports and Pending List of Repair Orders.
Receive the cheque from credit customers and deliver to accounts department.
