Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the safe execution of marine and cargo operations.
  • Ensure floater documentation and cargo records are regularly updated.
  • Perform watch duty during operations, overseeing vessel stability and safety.
Tasks:
  • Supervise and operate the ballast control systems to maintain vessel stability.
  • Participate in bunkering, lifting, cargo transfer, loading, and offloading operations.
  • Supervise deck operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Check and maintain navigation equipment, firefighting, and life-saving devices.
  • Update the planned maintenance system and GMDSS equipment according to regulations.
  • Perform duties on the helideck and boat landing as needed.
  • Follow vessel emergency preparedness procedures and participate in drills.
  • Report and intervene in cases of unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents.
