Duties of Position: The Car Wash Manager will be required to manage the day-to-day operations by ensuring the smooth operations at the car wash, and is responsible for the daily operations, manage Inventory and handling Customer enquiries whilst liaising with the Owner on a regular basis.Duties include, but are not limited to:? Assure excellent Customer experience for every Customer ? at all times Including maintaining a clean environment in all the Bays.? Drive revenue & growth by following Company procedures? Ensure opening and closing times and safety procedures are followed ? Monitor and perform chemical inventory as needed? Perform weekly vacuum, vending and general supply inventory review and requests ? Manages inventory/ordering via online, by email, or by fax as appropriate? Perform repair and preventative maintenance to wash, vacuums and vending equipment. ? Carry out weekly and monthly reporting.? Personally, handle customer enquiries or issues? Co-ordination of trades people and suppliers when appropriate ? Collection, counting, reconciliation and banking of monies? Use such materials as water, cleaning agents, brushes, cloths and hoses ? Constant supervision and upkeep of premises? Scheduling of Casual personnel when appropriate? Foster a team environment? Anticipate, prevent, identify and solve problems as necessary? Comply at all times with Company standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient car wash operations.? Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing proper Uniform attire
