?????????Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner?????????Respond to incoming?calls?from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organizations products or services.?????????Identify customers? needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives?????????Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise?????????Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile?????????Assist consumers and customers in setting up service repair for their appliances check availability of technicians and make appointments for service calls.??????????Utilize Software Lab System to save the service call. Reschedule service calls for customers, communicate with dispatchers for special requests and customer concerns about parts.?????????Message dispatch for follow up on appointment times and other troubleshooting.??????????Provide consumer education to save in-warranty and service contract calls. Negotiate and implement concessions that are in the best interest of the customer and consumer.?????????Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for all.
