Job Overview:Professional Labs is looking for Call Center Agents with experience in the healthcare sector, specifically in insurance and claims management. Candidates will handle customer inquiries related to insurance eligibility, pre-authorizations, and claims while ensuring high-quality support.Key Responsibilities:?Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messages.?Assist with insurance coverage checks, pre-authorizations, and claims status.?Accurately document interactions and update records.?Collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues.?Ensure compliance with company and local healthcare policies.Requirements:?1-2 years of call center/customer service experience.?Healthcare experience (insurance/claims) is mandatory.?Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).?Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.?Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Preferred:?Housewives with relevant experience and existing visas.
