Job Description

Qualification: Diploma/Engineering in mechanical/Metallurgy/production.Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in designing for foundry industry, mechanical industry or similar fields.Skills:

  • Operating various design software?s (2D & 3D), E.g.: Auto CAD, Solid works, etc.
  • Comprehensive understanding of engineering and design principles.
  • Generating 3D assembly & 3D parts models.
  • Generating part drawings and assembly drawings.
  • Capable of applying Reverse Engineering using 3D Scanner.
  • Providing design support at all stages of design process.
  • Experience of tolerance analysis and manufacturing drawings.
  • Experience in designing patterns and core boxes
  • knowledge in pattern methoding (Design gating and feeding systems)
  • Knowledge of pattern allowances
