?The incumbent will be responsible for providing professional expertise and support on strategic & operational planning, performance measurement and reporting activities.?Design and implement the corporate business performance process as well as provide support both at the strategic & operational level including performance measure selection & reporting.?Develop business analysis capacity and capability within the company.?Plan, coordinate communicate and monitor the implementation of performance procedures for the department.?Conduct reviews of specific process and practices, identify inefficiency and recommend alternatives.?Support development of Business Performance Management System.?Supervise direct reportees.
