Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee our paint companys operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, optimizing business processes, and leading a dedicated team to achieve company goals. This role requires a strong understanding of the paint industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality products and services.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality output in manufacturing, distribution, and sales.
  • Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to create and execute long-term business strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive customer acquisition and retention, develop marketing strategies, and enhance brand presence.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards, implementing best practices for safety and environmental sustainability.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, using insights to inform business strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role within the paint or related Industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing operations and leading teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
