We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Business Development Officer with strong understanding of IT solutions, combined with a passion for building business relationships and driving growth to join our growing Fintech team.?? Key Responsibilities:? Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Fintech sector.? Understand and communicate the technical features of our digital payment and financial solutions.? Collaborate with the IT team to align product offerings with client needs.? Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential partnerships.? Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.? Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide post-sales support.? Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic planning.? Requirements:? Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.? Proven experience in business development, preferably in the Fintech or IT industry.? Solid understanding of digital platforms, payment systems, or financial technologies.? Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.? Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and clients.? Self-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.??
