Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading security surveillance technology and service providers in Qatar. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager who will be responsible to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.<br /><br />- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction<br />- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs<br />- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients<br />- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives<br />- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines<br />- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.<br />- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support<br />- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers<br />- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople<br /><br />Requirements<br />- Minimum 5 years experience in sales or business development and minimum 2 years experience in handling government clients in Qatar.<br />- Strong network with end users especially MOI & Supreme committee etc.<br />- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal & written, Arabic language will be an advantage.<br />- Persistent, proactive & ability to drive business independently.<br />- Ability to listen and tailor made presentations to meet customer needs.<br />- Candidate should be available in Qatar and ready to join in short period of time.<br /><br />Benefits<br />Attractive salary + benefits.<br />
