As a colleague at Careem, you?ll be empowered to take ownership of your work, be of service to our Captains, customers and partners as we build the region?s Super App, all while shooting for the moon to create impact across the region.About the teamWe are looking for a Business Development Executive to assist in executing the partnerships & marketing agendas, all while strengthening our relationships with government agencies, companies in the telecom, financial services, logistics, and travel industry. You will have the distinct opportunity to make a tremendous impact on the region and the trajectory of the company.You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to prioritize and structure the partnership agenda and to manage the day to day requirements of key accounts. And will also work directly with local marketing and operations teams to ensure flawless execution of partnership initiatives.What youll do

• Finalize commercial deals in Doha
• Open new partnerships & opportunities of growth that enhance customer engagement & acquisition
• Finalize local benefits for Captains & Customers
• Manage and satisfy partner requests within the agreed time frames
• Effectively execute all BD initiatives with partners
• Conduct ROI analysis for ongoing partnerships (trips, new users, gross revenue, impressions)
• Align with all key stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, legal, Finance, etc?)
• Tabulate and present key findings on partnerships for further insights

What youll need

• At least 3+ years of work experience in the relevant field
• Strong business development, marketing or sales background with diverse cross industry experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable to present in front of large audiences
• A solid understanding of company?s market: products, players & technologies
• Strong command of Arabic & English (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication skills; the ability to express oneself with clarity is vital to the success of any BD professional
