A fantastic and unique opportunity is available to join our company that provides a wide range of Living Support Services to govt. contractors located across the Middle East.Main Purpose of this role:-Selling a range of Services including, Housing/Accommodation, Immigration, Destination Services and Vehicle Leasing-Building and maintaining existing client relationships across the market-Proactively working with both new and existing clients with the aim to increase revenue-Meeting and exceeding sales targets and maintaining relationships with both prospective clients and existing clientsResponsibilities include:-Make outgoing calls and emails to new and existing clients regarding their requirements-Follow up with prospective clients and successfully convert into sales sales/contracts-Negotiate prices with clients for apartments, vehicles and immigration support services-Develop and share sales strategies for more effective sales closing ratios-Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and upselling further corporate services-Produce weekly lead tracking reports and present these as required-Continuously aim to maximize the number and quality of quotes being sent to prospect clients-Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value-Identify the best options available, negotiate with suppliers and confirm availabilities, amenities, packages, and pricing?-Create client proposals and presentations for each inquiry, specifically tailored to clients needs?-Providing consistent high-quality service to clients by responding and dealing with all enquiries and requests-Maintaining and developing pre-existing client accounts with corporate accommodation requirements-Participate in after-hours maintenance emergency ?on-call? support for clients-Assist with special business projects to client development
