Branch Supervisor* Ensure the proper operation and control of the branch overall productivity, efficiency and utilization* Enforce and implement all policies, procedures and systems of workshop operations based on Toyota Customer Service Workshop Management ( TSM)* Promote Employees Satisfaction (ES) by acknowledging good performance and motivate staff through coaching and training and establish good leadership to boost their morale.* Conduct periodical meeting and monthly Kaizen meetings with workshop personnel aside from weekly operation meetings to discuss work related issues and improvements* To be responsible for the health and safety and welfare of staff and customers in the workshop* Promote Fix-It-Right, first time principle inside the workshop* Help in promoting environmental health and safety in the workshop by implementing dealer environment risk audit program (DERAP)* Develop plans and programs for workshop improvements through Kaizen activities* Ensure workshop staff is properly trained for the work by having on the job training and correction and create an advance formal training courses schedule* To oversee branch staffs so that appropriate information, instruction, training and guidance is provided when required* Lease with the equipment and facility group to monitor and control the cost for maintenance & repair of the workshop, according to procedures and budgets. Collect the monthly inventory results for monitoring and recordSkills* Able to guide and advice the team of technicians to get the job done + Diagnostic abilities and knowledge of all workshop tools and equipments + Able to read technical information and apply + Team building skills + Man management skills + Problem solving and decision-making abilities* Bachelors degree Mechanical or Automobile Engineering Job Location Doha, Qatar Job Role Sales
