Job Description

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:Regular PPM & attend B/Ds for BMS- Mall & EC for below systems:

  • Lighting Control Panel/System.
  • IBMS TBD
  • CO Systems
  • Fuel Systems & Storage Tanks
  • FA/FF systems
?QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification. (ITI or equivalent)
  • Knowledge in HVAC and building maintenance technology such as breakdowns and PPM.
  • A minimum of 4 years? experience in a similar role.
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
  • Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Well Knowledge about ELV Systems such as BMS, Lighting Control and AMR systems and relevant field devices etc.
  • Plan and schedule repairs.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
  • Knowledge about understanding the variant ELV system and panel drawings.
  • Knowledge about termination, cable trace, cable pulling and using millimetre.
  • Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
