Job Purpose:Support Technical Department by coordinating, managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) program. fDuties & Responsibilities:?Coordinates overall development of BIM standards, workflows, specifications, data requirements, etc. technical team?Maintains/enforces BIM documentation, modelling QA/QC and workflow process standards?Acts as the main point of contact for BIM and all related issues between subcontractors, stakeholders and others as required?Supports and manages discipline-specific BIM staff?Monitors BIM models for quality, data integrity and content throughout the project delivery process and at specific project delivery milestones?Acts as the primary Functional contact with the technology vendor and associated BIM consultants?Ensures BIM models meet expectations stated in the project BIM Execution Plan?Creates integrated models for visual coordination?Understands the BIM scope of work for the subcontractors on the project?Performs quality reviews of submitted models as they relate to the contract documents?Produces high-quality visualizations for meetings and presentations?Ensures that all submitted data is compliant with BIM standards?Facilitates coordination/clash detection meetings and provides regular detection and resolution reports?Integrates scheduling data into project BIM to generate sequential visualizations?Supports, assists and trains project staff members in BIM use
