Apply ISO 19650-2 workflows throughout project delivery.
Prepare or support the preparation of reports, presentations, project documentation, and project management documentation, including work orders, project status reports, quality management plans, and other financial control documents relevant to the field of play (discipline/trade).
Act as the intermediary between project stakeholders to ensure project efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with BIM coordinators, the production team, and the responsible party for producing project information models.
Ensure that BIM execution plans are produced and maintained for each project.
Conduct supply chain BIM assessments reviews.
Audit models and flag non-compliances.
Produce monthly commercial and planning reports for senior managers.
Raise the profile of BIM across project stakeholders.
Adhere to the latest industry standards.
Ensure proper project documentation and assess risk throughout the process.
Define and manage the overall project schedule; assign tasks/deadlines to the production/project team on a daily/weekly basis and monitor the subordinates team.

Sponsor and disseminate an R&D and innovation culture across the department, defining a climate for overall success.
Identify and establish new opportunities for BIM/Projects execution in alignment with Line Managers and following the companys strategy.

Lead and coordinate cross-functionally between internal departments and conduct project coordination in collaboration with Commercial Department in order to evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
