DOHATNA Hospitality is excited to provide a unique working experience to professional individuals to be part of the World?s largest sporting event in Qatar!We are seeking competent, passionate and dynamic talent to deliver the best customer service experience in three exclusive venues.Whether you possess previous hospitality, event management or catering experience, numerous positions are vacant for at least a 3 months duration:Role overviewThis role is responsible for the overall logistics of the allocated venue beverage planning, manpower deployment schedules as per the sales forecast/ pax figures as per non-alcoholic/ alcoholic as well as overall assignment to the respective bars manager.OperationsManagement of Bars Manager, assigning beverage allocation to respective venues and Bar managerOversees the daily inventory/ stock take (closing/ opening stock) as per assigned ratios, providing business justifications if ratio is exceededEnsures that beverages are available and set as per agreed internal SOP, beverage menuControls and minimizing the loose stock (e.g.: loose SBC cans, tampered bottles) by seeking to minimize wastage, spillage and breakage at all timesCompiles daily reconciliation sheet for submission to Match HospitalityUndertakes the full inventory, controlling the entire beverage movement, sending requests to logistics/ procurement to ensure sufficient par stock levels to meetManagement of Bars Manager, assigning beverage allocation to respective venues/ Bar ManagerEnsure seamless communication process with Logistics and ProcurementAdheres to set HACCP, ISO guidelines and food safety standards at all timesKnows and memorizes the seating chart, stadium outline, symbols, numbering color marking VIP boxes, BOH rooms, kitchens, storages, FWC match schedule, staff schedule, timelinesPeople Management Ensures optimum performance in specific areas as assigned in above areas.Establishes and maintains effective employee and inter-departmental working relationships.Conducts daily briefings and participates in other meetings as needed to obtain optimal results to retain daily control of the team performance, make sure everyone knows their working position, service levels, additional tasksAttends daily briefing with MD (Match Day) relating to information about playing teams, number of guests, rotation of menu, service start and kick offtime, special requests, discussion of previous mistakes, improvements, etc.Reinforces grooming standards and appearance levels of all staff
