What you will be doing: Reporting to the Chief Concierge, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Be responsible for the efficient handling of guests luggage, adhering to proper check-in and checkout procedures.
Rostering of Heartists, directing and supervising the Heartists under your hierarchy.
Check/maintain the cleanliness of ground floor lobbies and main entrances with all brand standards
Policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling guests luggage
Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
Previous service experience is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times
