Role Purpose: to promote and sell beauty products of the company to customers who walk ? in to the store or the outlets. Extend extensive beauty product knowledge to customers and attend to customer queries on beauty products to enhance sales. ?Meet and maximize sales targets and established goals.Achieve the targets assigned by the authority.Manage the Cash Counter or additional responsibility if needed.Deal with the key Accounts & deal with the VIP customers & retailers.Responsible for the counter cleanliness, display and maintenance of products in the work location.Apply Makeup and make facial to customers to promote the product if required.Make orders of stock when needed.Provide an excellent Service level customer satisfaction during the sale.Any other duties or responsibility assigned by the concerned Manager.
