To maintain the highest standard of service and product to guests at all times. To ensure that the Bar policies and standards of performance are fully understood and followed at all times. To have a thorough knowledge of all drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks) offered. To ensure highest standard of cleanliness and presentation both personal and operational domain. To be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked Bar and communicate when levels are decreasing. To consider other employee and assist them to work as a team. To ensure guests and members have a fantastic time and that you do not miss a chance to wow them by engaging and building rapport. To ensure the proper cares of furniture, fixtures and equipment within all areas and report any malfunction for maintenance. To attend any meetings and training courses as required by the Bar Manager in accordance with the needs of the business. To carry out any other duties and tasks as assigned by the Bar Manager in accordance with the needs of the business.
