Assist in overseeing day-to-day business banquet operations to deliver a high level of service for our guests consistently.
Responsible of daily banquet set- up as per guest requirements.
Schedule team member according day- to - day operations.
Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with departmental policies and standard service procedures.
Supervise efficient upkeep of tools through proper usage of equipment.
Deliver all guest requirements and prepare plans resolve customer care related issues to maintain guest notification.
Monitor and ensure optimal cleanliness, sanitation for all banquet public area.
Facilitate procedures to take orders from visitors in systematic way and ensure compliance to all regulations and standards of department
