Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a motivated Banking Telesales Advisor to promote and sell banking products and services, generate qualified sales opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets and ensuring compliance with bank policies. This is a full-time position based in Qatar.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree or equivalent qualificationExperience in banking telesales, banking sales, or financial services sales is requiredGCC banking experience is highly preferredProven ability to achieve sales targets and manage customer relationshipsKnowledge of banking products, sales processes, and CRM systemsExcellent communication and persuasion skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantageSKILLS & COMPETENCIESExpertise in telesales, lead generation, and customer relationship managementCapable of identifying customer needs and recommending suitable banking products and servicesAdept at handling objections, negotiating effectively, and converting leads into successful salesExperience maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systemsProficiency in achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirementsEffective communication and collaboration with internal teams to support application processing and customer serviceStrong resilience, time management, and results-oriented mindset.
