Job Description

  • Determine and translate business requirements into functional requirements
  • Determine gaps between business requirement and system , and solutions to address the gaps.
  • Document the solution design document based on gaps identified , as well as for the standard functions to meet the business needs
  • Ability to partner with the business and put in strong process and controls
  • Develop the solution and ensure the end solution meets the defined requirements as listed in the solution design documents
  • Testing of above design with detail test scenario and steps
  • Expectation to be hands on - prepared to get into the detail
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Provide support in resolving the support tickets on Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP
  • Any other ad - hoc duties as and when required
  • Backup / Restore the SQL Database
