  • First contact to local consultant in Qatar
  • Protocol lead for meeting minutes and preparation of the meeting minutes (bi-lingual)
  • Coordination between the technical disciplines, coordination with tklS and consortium partner, responsibility for the timely availability of documents required for the permits, coordination with Qatar authorities, coordination with tklS Site office and coordination with local consultant in Qatar
  • More focused on the local coordination with Qatar authorities, the Consultant offices and with the site. He/She will also be the receiver of permits issued for the tklS Site.
  • Tracking and expediting of all documents
Any other tasks that are assigned by Site Manager / Interface Manager DortmundAuthorities? Qatar Petroleum
