Job Description

Nair Systems is currently looking ATM Support Consultant for our Qatar operations with the following terms & conditions.Working Experience Approximately 5 ? 7 years? experience in ATM & Digital Banking (in a Managerial / Supervisory role in a bank)Qualifications Bachelors? Degree in IT, Banking & Finance, Business Management Discipline (or equivalent)Reporting Line The consultant will work under the supervision and report to Vice President ATM Business ManagementKey Responsibilities & Skills Required

  • Management & execution of ATM related projects including System enhancements, UATs, Feature roll-out and working with cross functional teams to achieve the same
  • Conduct periodic reporting and analysis on ATM Network performance therefore ensuring that ATM performance remains intact with the set KPI?s of the unit
  • Oversee ATM installations, operational issues and taking necessary actions to resolve recurring issues with the respective internal & external vendor partners
  • Assist in the operational oversight of the Banks? ATM Self Service Machine Network. Monitor performance, uptime and service quality
  • Strong & Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in ATM brands and models in the ATM industry & market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
