Job Description

Role: Associate DirectorLocation: QatarOverview: Lead our work in the MESA Region˙Job description: Lead our work in MESA including developing and implementing the strategic vision for work in the Region, including budget, personnel and country focusses; and contribute to the overall leadership of Delivery Associates as part of the Executive Leadership Team.˙˙General duties and responsibilities:

  • Set and implement a strategic vision for the Middle East region, in partnership with other ADs
  • Set and manage the annual P&L for the Middle East region, in partnership with other ADs
  • Contribute to decisions on the overall strategic vision of Delivery Associates, overseen by the board
  • Successfully identify new business opportunities and convert them into wins
  • Build a sustainable pipeline of talent in the region through active coaching of teams
  • Contribute and lead to impact on projects through the teams they lead
  • Line and performance management for employees in the region
  • Report on the progress of the region to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
