Job Description

Job Overview:McDermott is currently looking for an Assurance Specialist (QA Engineer-Procurement).Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Monitors & reports Quality KPI;s and other quality indicators for completion
  • Drafts weekly and monthly quality reports for area management & corporate
  • Liaise with personnel and training department for all training and miscellaneous activities for all QAQC personnel
  • Maintain department job descriptions, performance goals, and competency assessment records
  • Monitor quality manpower, maintain functional staffing plan / bench strength reports
  • Assist in Taking the Lead initiatives and monitor budget expenditure
  • Administrative support for Quality Director
  • Monitors quality calendar of activities for implementation / completion
  • Prepare departmental requisitions and MCC for invoice payment
Essential Qualifications and Education:
  • Responsible for management of regional quality indicators and departmental KPIs
  • Understanding of management system requirements & implementation, data analysis & continual improvement
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Over 5 years of relevant quality experience
  • Degree holder, Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001
  • Good understanding of MS office & SharePoint as well as EH&S software
