Employee Relations - Address Employees queries, concerns, redressal on a day to day basis
Performance Management - Roll out annual performance appraisals and increments for employees.
Statutory compliance - Compliance towards local law as per specific country law, Labour law and immigration procedures.?
Visa & Employee records - Arrangements of employment visa applications and maintain employees? database under Oracle ERP systems & personal files.
MIS reports - Prepare and present MIS reports.?
KPIs - Oversee monthly KPIs for the HR team and ensure compliance.?
Employee engagement - Participate in Employee engagement activities / drives undertaken at corporate level. Organised employee engagement survey.?
