Assistant Manager - HousekeepingAssistant Housekeeping ManagerAs the Assistant Housekeeping Manager you will supervise the operations of the Housekeeping team to ensure an exceptional guest journey.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • You will be an example of our Sofitel Values and a reflection of our hotels image and atmosphere through an exemplary attitude
  • Supervise the operations of the Housekeeping Team.
  • Seamlessly manage Housekeeping operations with internal departments including Front Office, Engineering and Sales
  • Take an active role in training and coaching all Housekeeping Ambassadors
Your experience and skills include:
  • Customer Service experience
  • New York City experience highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills, French as a second language is preferred
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules to meet business demands
Your team and working environment:
  • Opportunity to work with a diverse group of Ambassadors from numerous countries to enhance your global hotel knowledge
