Job Description

As an Assistant Housekeeping Supervisor, you lead the heart of the hotel and our guest experience. You take ownership of cleanliness standards of the hotel, ensuring that your team provides guests with clean, comfortable and safe spaces, and are a part of creating memorable experiences for them.What is in it for you:

What you will be doing:
  • Assist Housekeeping Management to ensure luxury & brand standards are followed with friendly and engaging service in Housekeeping Department
  • Provide support to room attendants and house persons. Ensuring they are set up for success and have the necessary tools and materials needed to care for guest needs
  • Liaise with operational departments to ensure room readiness
  • Handle guest concerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
Your experience and skills include:
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience is required.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead by example, create a strong service culture, engaging and motivating a team to be their best.
