Job Description

  • Responsible for the entire operation of his assigned cashier-section.
  • Collect payments and provide cash-change as is needed.
  • He must ensure that checks, credit card slips, voucher etc. are properly accounted & organized.
  • Must give each customer receipt detailing each transaction.
  • Preparation of documents related to banks (Daily deposit Slips, LCs, Payments, cheques etc.)
  • Handling Petty Cash.
  • Recording Daily Transaction
  • Preparing Purchase Vouchers
  • Processing Supplier Payments
