Responsible for managing local assets. Assist with the undertaking of asset condition and compliance audits and the effective management of information.
Assist with the development of asset management plans for all asset classes.
Assist with valuation of infrastructure and property asset.
Coordinates with property managers, brokers and other third parties.
Actively participate and assist in delivery of maintenance management systems. Coordinate with Facility Management team.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
